$900 each Single Exhibitor includes: 

  • One full event registration. Additional exhibitor registrations at $300 each. 
  • Recognition in event materials, signage, and event website. 
  • 8' x 10' booth space with pipe and drape
  • One 6' skirted table
  • Two folding chairs 
  • Booth ID sign
  • Wastebasket


Typical meeting attendees include wetland professionals, field scientists, researchers, managers, regulators, consultants and students in addition to private, public, nonprofit and academic sectors. We expect the SWS 2017 Annual Meeting to draw over 500 attendees and approximately a dozen exhibitors.

SETUP: Monday, June 5, 12:00-5:00 PM
TEARDOWN: Thursday, June 8, 3:00-4:30 PM
The exhibit hall will be open 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Tuesday-Thursday.

Booth Fees

Annual Meeting exhibit booths are $900. Additional exhibit staff are $300 each. Note the additional exhibitor rate grants access to the exhibit hall only. If additional exhibitors require access to the full scientific program, please register at the regular registration rate.

Damage & Loss of Property

The company listed on the exhibitor agreement agrees to be responsible and reimburse the host venue for any damage done to the hotel property by said company, their employees, or contracted services. The event venue does not accept responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the venue prior to, during, or following said company’s function. We cannot guarantee that the exhibitor space will be locked at night or during breaks; please confirm with staff prior to making arrangements.


The exhibit agreement may be cancelled up to four weeks before the event date. A 50% refund will be granted. Contract cancelled within four weeks of the event will be charged the full exhibit rate.
